Shopping Information
1. How long do I have to return a product?
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Make sure the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Returns after 7 days cannot be accepted.
2. Which IndicaGold products can I return?
Most of our cosmetic products are eligible for return, as long as they are unused and sealed. This includes skincare, makeup, and beauty accessories. Please keep your order receipt or invoice handy for verification.
3. Are there any items I cannot return?
Yes. For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Opened or used cosmetic products
Products with broken seals
Items purchased during sale or promotional events
Free gifts included with your order
4. What should I do if my product arrives damaged or wrong?
If your order is damaged, defective, or the wrong item is delivered, contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Provide your order number and a photo of the product, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
5. How is the refund process handled?
Once we receive and inspect your returned product:
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
Amount is returned via your original payment method
COD orders are refunded via bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa
Note: Original shipping charges are not refundable.
6. Can I exchange a product instead of getting a refund?
Yes! Exchanges are allowed if you receive a damaged or wrong product. Exchanges depend on availability of the item you want to receive.
7. Who covers the shipping cost for returns?
If the return is due to your choice, the shipping cost is paid by you
If the return is due to our mistake (damaged or wrong product), IndicaGold will cover the return shipping cost
